My journey to becoming a Performance Coach began in the high-energy world of elite athletics. As a former professional volleyball player, Jamaican National Team athlete, and student-athlete at the University of Virginia, I spent years mastering the strength, skill, and discipline required to perform under pressure. 

However, it was during my final years of competition, my transition into NCAA DI Coaching, and earning my M.A. in Psychology from Seton Hall University that the true heart of my work became clear. High performance isn't just about the physical grind; it’s about the synergy between mental resilience and physical presence. It is about allowing yourself the vulnerability to grow and the space to connect with others along the way.

I genuinely enjoy helping others strive for ambitious goals and guiding them to connect the mind and body. My focus is ensuring that growth is as sustainable as it is powerful, rooted in the fact that they empowered themselves. And my favorite part? It can also be fun!

There is, of course, a lot more to my story, but I'm looking forward to hearing yours and having the privilege of working with you. Not as a "high achiever" with all of the answers, but as a supportive human wanting to amplify your greatness and celebrate your growth along the way.
