No. This is not therapy.

I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, nor psychologist. Please seek the appropriate professional care for any medical, diagnosed, or undiagnosed mental health needs.

Yes. While I primarily work with clients on managing recruiting stress and pressure, I also provide expert insight into the college recruiting process leveraging my 10+ years of NCAA DI coaching experience. Upon request, I offer guidance on topics such as coach communication (emails and phone calls), navigating NCAA Eligibility Center requirements, and film editing—with a specific specialty in the sport of volleyball.

Please note: I do not provide recruiting coordinator services; for example, I do not contact college coaches on behalf of a prospect.

Yes. I am available to work with parents 1:1 to discuss their specific goals as a support system for their child. It is not required for the parent to have a child as an active client to utilize this service. However, if their child is already an active client, I assess on a case-by-case basis whether working with multiple family members is ideal for the coaching dynamic. Additionally, I offer moderated discussions between family members to facilitate clear communication and shared alignment.

Our conversations are private. I uphold a high standard of client confidentiality, with the exception of my duty to warn (situations involving potential harm to yourself or others). As a Mental Performance Coach, if I identify a need for clinical mental health assistance that exceeds the scope of our work, I will prioritize your well-being by encouraging you to seek appropriate professional care.

Yes and yes! While my foundation is in elite sport, anyone in a outcome-pressured environment can benefit from Mental Performance Coaching.

Clients under the age of 18 will need approval from a legal parent/guardian. Parents are asked to attend the initial information session.

A digital invoice will be sent for collecting payment by Zelle or Credit/Debit card. Payment is due at time of service. Individual session rates and package rates are available.

Please make any rescheduling requests at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled time.
