Yes! While my foundation is in elite sport, anyone in a high-stakes or outcome-pressured environment can benefit from Performance Coaching. 

Our conversations are private. I uphold a high standard of client confidentiality, with the exception of my duty to warn (situations involving potential harm to yourself or others). As a Performance Coach, if I identify a need for clinical mental health assistance that exceeds the scope of our work, I will prioritize your well-being by encouraging you to seek appropriate professional care.

Clients under the age of 18 will need approval from a legal parent/guardian. Parents are encouraged to attend the initial information session.

I request payment be submitted by the end of each session.

Please make any rescheduling requests at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled time.
