Simone Asque-Favia is a Performance Coach who holds an M.A. in Psychology. While her work is rooted in psychological principles, the services provided through Asque About You LLC are coaching-based and are not a substitute for licensed clinical therapy or mental health diagnosis. These sessions focus on goal-attainment, somatic awareness, and mental resilience within a performance context. Should a client’s needs fall outside of this coaching framework, Simone will provide a referral to the appropriate clinical professionals. Clients are encouraged to continue any existing medical or therapeutic treatments alongside their performance coaching, with the understanding that this work is a supplement to, and not a replacement for, clinical care.
